FMA3.3K-IP67 is a high efficiency, high reliability of electric vehicle charging machine, single-phase voltage input, constant current output, via RS232 \ RS485 \ CAN communication reads Charger ID and control the charging machine working condition, with BMS battery management system for real-time communication in real-time monitoring of the charging process to ensure that the charging process optimization.

FMA3.3K-IP67 with input voltage detection, under voltage protection, output over-current, over voltage, short circuit protection and over-temperature protection machine, protection class IP65-IP67.

2.0 Structure and principle

 

2.1. Charging units into

 

Charger consists of five major components: EMC / EMI EMC filters, rectifiers, PFC power factor correction, DC-DC isolation transformer; MCU charge controller.

1 EMC filter; mainly filter for EMC / EMI interference to prevent interference or interference caused by incompatibility issues.

Two rectifier; Yes AC to DC conversion device.

3.PFC power factor correction; In order to reduce harmonic interference generated by nonlinear rectifier unit, nonlinear rectifying device must be installed power factor correction circuit.

4.DC-DC isolation transformer; due to strong grid voltage, direct charging will lead to security problems, in order to comply with safety regulations require isolation.

5.MCU charge controller; charging process monitoring and control to ensure the battery charging automatically.
